How is pricing structured?
Per-employee-per-month (PEPM) billed annually. Pricing is customized based on organization size, tier, and integration requirements. There are no per-session fees and no utilization caps. You pay for access, not for engagement.
What is the minimum contract length?
12 months. Pilots are available and actively encouraged. You get full platform access, ROI reporting, and direct founder support to prove the value before committing to an annual contract.
What does onboarding include?
Onboarding is included in all tiers. Growth and Enterprise plans include a dedicated success manager, custom dashboard setup, SSO configuration, and a structured 4-week implementation timeline.
Is a pilot program available?
Yes, and actively encouraged. Early onboarding partners receive priority access, preferred pricing, direct founder support, and ROI reporting from day one. A pilot with real utilization data transforms "platform" from a claim into a fact.
Are there additional fees for implementation?
Implementation fees vary by tier. Standard onboarding is included. Custom HRIS integration, SSO federation, white-label configuration, and custom API work may carry additional fees, discussed transparently during scoping.
What compliance certifications does ReiSpace hold?
PIPEDA (federal), PHIPA (Ontario), HIA (Alberta), HIPA (Saskatchewan), WCAG 2.1 AA (accessibility), and AES-256-GCM encryption for all health data. HIPAA compliance (U.S. cross-border) is in process. SOC 2 audit is pending.
