Requirements
- Registered with a Canadian regulatory body (e.g., CRPO, CCPA, provincial college)
- Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and anti-oppressive practice
- Experience with trauma-informed therapeutic modalities
- Comfort with virtual care delivery
- Strong documentation and case conceptualization skills
- Experience with crisis response and safety planning
Especially valued
Not required, but these are the qualities that make our network extraordinary.
- Lived experience as a member of BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, or marginalized communities
- Multilingual abilities (any of 22 supported languages)
- Experience with narrative therapy, somatic work, EMDR, or culturally adapted CBT
